OMies Acro Yoga was founded by Ciara Jean and Andrew in Ottawa, Canada. 

 

We believe deeply in bringing to life a sweet and strong acroyoga community built on a foundation of trust, connection and play. We offer both acroyoga and partner yoga workshops {sprinkled with a hint of thai massage} around Ottawa and its surrounding areas. We can be easily spotted around the city if you keep an eye out for Andrew's Pure snapback and bada$$ beard...and an ear open for Ciara's renowned acro sound effects.
